Levent Yılmaz

Levent Yılmaz is an economist specializing in behavioral and experimental economics, human resource management, organizational decision-making, and AI-driven data analysis. He earned his PhD at Goethe University Frankfurt and has held academic positions in Germany, Austria, and Türkiye.

At TUDECON, he combines behavioral and experimental approaches with artificial intelligence, data mining, and text mining to develop innovative, evidence-based solutions to complex problems. His work focuses on transforming scientific insights and data into actionable knowledge, bridging economic research, advanced analytical methods, and practical application for businesses, individuals, and institutions.

Semih Emre Çekin

Semih Emre Çekin is an economist whose research focuses on macroeconomics, monetary policy and emerging markets. He studied at the University of Tübingen in Germany and earned his doctorate at Texas Tech University.

His academic career spans the United States and Türkiye, including Governors State University and Turkish-German University. He contributes to TUDECON with his academic background and data-driven approach to provide novel solutions to traditional questions.
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Hamza Polattimur

Macroeconomics · Monetary and Fiscal Policy · Housing Markets · Intercultural Management · AI

Hamza Polattimur studied business mathematics at TU Dortmund University, where he also earned his PhD in economics, focusing on monetary and fiscal policy and household indebtedness. He subsequently held research and teaching positions at the University of Hamburg and Turkish-German University. His research interests also include inflation and inflation expectations, as well as housing markets.

At TUDECON, he combines quantitative economic analysis with his long-standing consulting experience to develop practical business insights and AI-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. His work also extends to intercultural management, including a project examining the corporate culture of German companies operating in Türkiye.
